Dolapo is an Investment and Advisory professional with a strong conviction in Africa's potential as the next frontier market. Committed to fostering economic development on the continent, she provides capital and strategic guidance to founders building scalable businesses.

Currently serving as an Investor at Ventures Platform Fund, an early-stage VC fund with investments in Paystack, Piggyest, Omnibus, Termii, etc. Dolapo plays a pivotal role in the investment process—from Deal Sourcing and Due Diligence to Transaction Structuring and Portfolio Management. Her contributions extend to serving as a Board Observer for SunFi and as a Board Member for Termii. In the last year through VP Fund, she led investments of $9M in 14 startups. She also made personal angel investments into 2 startups. She is also a mentor at global accelerators operating in Africa - Techstars, Google for Startups and Plug&Play

With a diverse background in business Advisory, Dolapo brings a wealth of experience as a Strategy Consultant for Accenture and Bain. She has worked in 8+ countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa across sectors such as Energy, Finance, Agriculture, Consumer goods, Telecommunications, and Mining.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dolapo is deeply involved in developing the creative industry in Africa. As the Creative Director for Refine, a lifestyle jewellery brand which enables her express her creativity.

Dolapo holds a First Class Degree in Information Management for Business from University College London. She was recently nominated and participated in Africa Venture Finance Program by Said Business School, University of Oxford.
